研究了导弹天线罩在导弹飞行过程中加热加载的工作情况,提出了天线罩连接方式设计的主要要求、连接环材料性能及其选择、胶和胶接要求。给出了典型的天线罩连接环的设计形式,并简要分析了天线罩与连接环的胶接强度和连接环胶接质量的检测方法。地面强度和导弹飞行试验表明,该天线罩连接环的设计和检测方法较好地解决了天线罩与弹体的连接问题。
The operation of the missile radome under heating load during missile flight was studied. The main requirements of radome connection design, the material properties of the connecting ring and its selection, adhesive and bonding requirements were put forward. The design of the typical radome connecting ring is given, and the bonding strength between the radome and the connecting ring and the testing method of the bonding quality of the connecting ring are briefly analyzed. Ground strength and missile flight tests show that the design and testing method of the radome connecting ring can well solve the connection problem between the radome and the projectile.
