我国正处于市场经济转型阶段,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,对企业各项工作均提出了挑战。政工人员作为企业职工的一部分,是企业政工工作的核心。面对新形势,政工人员在思想政治工作的职责和使命也发生了根本性变化。如何更好地发挥政工人员积极作用,促进企业健康发展成为企业现代化建设急需解决的问题。文章从政工工作对企业发展的影响入手,并对如何发挥企业政工人员作用进行了分析和研究,旨在为我国企业健康发展提供一些建议。
Our country is in the stage of market economy transformation, and the competition among enterprises is getting fiercer and fiercer, posing challenges to all the enterprises’ work.
