素质教育已经在各级学校实施多年,教育的改革也取得了一定的成果,但是高考和中考这两根指挥棒始终不可能完全绕开,很多教师在教学设计上还是会向考试这个目标有所倾斜。正因如此,初中语文教学难免会向中考的看齐,高中自然就是围绕高考了,二者都各有侧重,所以如何促进初中语文与高中语文有效衔接就成为了一个非常值得探讨的问题。一名优秀的语文教师不仅应该考虑到教学衔接的问题,更应该在教学中探寻出抛弃功利性的语文学习的真实意义和目的。初中时牢固基础的时期,也是为了适应高中教学的重要时期,所以谈有效衔接,显然初中语文教师的任务更重于高中语文教师,而且起的是关键性作用,本文就以上这些问题展开浅析,探寻有效途径。
