多酚控制二水草酸锌形貌及三维氧化锌纳米结构性能研究

以氯化锌、草酸钠和多酚为原料,通过沉淀反应及调节多酚浓度制得形貌可控的二水草酸锌晶体,再通过热分解得到三维自组装纳米氧化锌结构。分别用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、热重-差热分析(TG-DTA)和荧光分光光度计(PL)对制备的样品进行表征。结果表明:随着多酚含量的增加,四方块状二水草酸锌出现了中空结构,当多酚浓度达到20mg/mL时晶体变成无规则的小碎块。当多酚含量为3.0mg/mL时,晶体尺寸最大。光致发光谱显示三维氧化锌发出很强的蓝绿光,并随着退火温度的升高而增强。 Using zinc chloride, sodium oxalate and polyphenols as raw materials, the crystal morphology of zinc oxalate dihydrate crystals was obtained by precipitation reaction and adjusting the concentration of polyphenols, and the three-dimensional self-assembled nanometer zinc oxide structure was obtained by thermal decomposition. The prepared samples were characterized by XRD, SEM, TG-DTA and PL. The results showed that with the increase of polyphenol content, the tetragonal zinc oxalate dihydrate appeared a hollow structure. When the polyphenol concentration reached 20 mg / mL, the crystals became irregular small fragments. When the polyphenol content of 3.0mg / mL, the largest crystal size. The photoluminescence spectrum shows that the three-dimensional zinc oxide emits a very strong blue-green light and increases as the annealing temperature increases.
