目的研究肿瘤患者口腔感染真菌分布及敏感性,为临床抗真菌药物的选择提供依据。方法选取2014年12月-2015年12月医院口腔科诊治82例肿瘤真菌感染患者临床资料,采集患者标本,分析肿瘤患者口腔感染真菌分布及其对抗真菌药物的敏感性,数据采用SPSS 18.0软件进行统计分析。结果 82例口腔真菌感染肿瘤患者的科室分布相对较广,排前3位的科室分别为老年科、ICU及内分泌科,分别占31.71%、28.05%及12.20%;肿瘤口腔感染患者中共分离出真菌103株,排在前3位的分别为白色假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌以及光滑假丝酵母菌,分别占50.49%、20.39%以及12.62%;白色假丝酵母菌、热带假丝酵母菌及光滑假丝酵母菌对两性霉素B敏感率均为100.00%。结论肿瘤患者口腔感染的真菌相对复杂,应加强真菌的分离、鉴定,并根据真菌类型进行药敏试验,选择敏感抗菌药物。
Objective To study the distribution and sensitivity of oral fungal infections in patients with cancer and provide evidence for the selection of clinical antifungal agents. Methods From December 2014 to December 2015, clinical data of 82 patients with fungal infection from the hospital were collected and collected from patients in our hospital. Samples of patients with oral fungal infection and the sensitivity to antifungal agents were analyzed. The data were analyzed by SPSS 18.0 software Statistical Analysis. Results 82 cases of oral fungal infection in patients with relatively wide distribution of departments, the top three departments were Geriatrics, ICU and Endocrinology, accounting for 31.71%, 28.05% and 12.20% respectively; in patients with oral cavity infection, fungi were isolated 103 strains, the top three were Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis and Candida glabrata, accounting for 50.49%, 20.39% and 12.62% respectively; Candida albicans, Candida tropicalis Candida and smooth Candida amphotericin B sensitivity were 100.00%. Conclusion Oral infection of patients with fungal tumors is relatively complex, should strengthen the isolation and identification of fungi, and susceptibility testing according to the type of fungi, the choice of sensitive antimicrobial agents.
