通过对棉尘、粮谷尘和烟草尘的职业卫生调查、动物实验、肺病理学观察以及工人肺X线胸片分析,发现:这类粉尘引起上呼吸道粘膜刺激反应、似为可逆的肺功能急性改变;肺X线胸片未见特异改变,动物染尘实验见肺肉芽肿和轻度肺间质纤维增生;棉工手术肺病理检查未见与对照组的差别.在排除了混杂游离SiO2粉尘的影响后不能以尘肺的肺损伤来衡量这类有机粉尘的作用。
Through occupational health surveys, animal experiments, lung pathology and workers’ lung X-ray analysis of cotton dust, cereal grain dust and tobacco dust, it was found that this kind of dust caused upper respiratory tract mucosal irritation reaction and seemed to be reversible acute pulmonary function Change; no special changes in lung X-ray, animal experiments with dust granuloma and mild lung interstitial fibrosis; cotton surgery lung pathological examination showed no difference with the control group. The effect of this organic dust can not be measured by the lung injury of pneumoconiosis after excluding the effects of mixed free SiO2 dust.
