载荷方程的建立在飞行载荷测量中占有重要地位,直接关系着飞行载荷测量的准确度。本文基于主成分分析的思想,提出了一种通过提取真实飞行中多个应变计数据的投影主轴,重组校准数据来建立载荷方程的新方法。相比较传统方法,在载荷方程建立过程中能应用更多的应变计数据信息,并且将真实飞行过程中的应变计数据信息应用到了载荷方程的建立过程中。最后通过实例验证了该方法建立的载荷方程抗干扰能力更强,得到的飞行载荷与实际情况更加吻合,得到的结果更真实。
The establishment of load equation plays an important role in flight load measurement, which is directly related to the accuracy of flight load measurement. Based on the principle of principal component analysis, this paper presents a new method to establish the load equation by extracting projection principal axes and reorganized calibration data of multiple strain gage data in real flight. Compared with the traditional method, more strain gage data can be applied in the process of establishing load equation, and the strain gage data in real flight is applied to the process of establishing load equation. Finally, an example is given to verify that the load equation established by this method is more robust against interference and the obtained flight loads are more in line with the actual situation, and the results obtained are more realistic.
