通过试验筛选出合成有机硅树脂的配方,以甲基和苯基氯硅烷为单体,采用水解缩聚的方法合成有机硅树脂,并对影响有机硅树脂合成的有关因素进行了研究。结果表明,控制R/Si为1.29,Ph/Me为1.05,当水解温度为65℃左右,控制水和氯离子的物质的量比为(6~9)∶1这个范围时可合成出易溶于甲苯、二甲苯的综合性能优异的有机硅树脂。讨论了原料配比、水解温度,介质酸度和溶剂组成对有机硅树脂的影响。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱表征了有机硅树脂的结构特征。
The formula of synthetic silicone resin was screened out through experiments. Methyl and phenylchlorosilane were used as monomers, and the silicone resin was synthesized by hydrolysis and polycondensation. The factors affecting the synthesis of silicone resin were also studied. The results showed that R / Si was 1.29 and Ph / Me was 1.05. When the hydrolysis temperature was about 65 ℃, the molar ratio of water to chloride ions was (6 ~ 9): 1, In toluene, xylene excellent overall performance of silicone resin. The effects of raw material ratio, hydrolysis temperature, medium acidity and solvent composition on the silicone resin were discussed. The structural characteristics of silicone resin were characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.
