党校是培养各级党政干部的重要阵地。党校学员多数担任领导工作,在工作中要教育别人,包括对广大群众进行美育。无论从作为党校的受教育者还是作为工作中的教育者来看,他们都需要受到美育。因此,美育应当是党校教育中不可缺少、不可轻视的一个组成部分。重视并切实搞好党校的美育工作,首要的是进一步提高党校领导、教师和广大学员对美育的重要性的认识,进一步认识美育的特点和进行美育的原则和方法。现分论于下。
Party schools are an important front for training party and government cadres at all levels. The majority of party school students hold leadership positions and educate others in their work, including aesthetics of the general public. They need aesthetic education both as a party school educator and as a job educator. Therefore, aesthetic education should be an indispensable part of Party school education, an integral part of it.
