用改进的Brown-Ladner方法计算了6种国内与2种国外减压渣油及其以正戊烷为溶剂、在超临界条件下切割出的各馏分的平均分子结构参数。结果表明,超临界流体对减压渣油分离效果很好,抽出油与抽余油的分子特征差异明显。沙特减压渣油的各项分子结构参数与辽河渣油相近,而阿曼减压渣油的总体性质与华北渣油相似。窄馏分的H/C比随馏分变重下降,芳炭率逐步上升。大港减压渣油的抽出油和抽余油的分子结构差异最为突出。
By means of the modified Brown-Ladner method, the average molecular structure parameters of six kinds of domestic and two kinds of foreign vacuum residuum and their fractions cut by supercritical conditions using n-pentane as solvent were calculated. The results show that supercritical fluid separation of vacuum residue well, the extraction of oil and raffinate molecular characteristics of oil significantly different. Saudi Arabia vacuum residue of the molecular structure parameters and similar to the Liaohe residue, Oman vacuum residue and the overall properties of North China similar. The H / C ratio of narrow fractions decreased with the increase of fractions, and the carbonylation rate increased gradually. Dagang vacuum residue extraction oil and raffinate molecular structure of the most prominent difference.
