一、引言2004年初教育部高教司组织制定并在全国部分高校开始试点《大学英语课程教学要求(试行)》(以下简称《教学要求》)。《教学要求》规定,大学英语课程的教学目标是:培养学生的英语综合应用能力,特别是听说能力,使他们在今后工作和社会交往中能用英语有效地进行口头和书面的信息交流。《要求》中明确提出了对于外语学习中翻译能力的要求。大学英语四、六级考试是一种为教学服务的标准化考试。在考试内容和形式上,四、六级考试增加翻译。面对这一新的教学要求和四级考试增加翻译的要求,非专业大学英语教师为了更好地进行大学英语教学改革,符合新的教学要求,以适应当今社会对
I. INTRODUCTION In early 2004, the Higher Education Department of the Ministry of Education formulated and piloted “Teaching Requirements for College English Courses (Trial)” (hereinafter referred to as “Teaching Requirements”) in some colleges and universities nationwide. “Teaching Requirements” stipulates that the teaching objective of college English courses is: to develop students’ comprehensive English proficiency, especially listening and speaking skills so that they can effectively communicate verbally and in written information in English in the future work and social interaction. “Requirements” clearly put forward the requirements for translation ability in foreign language learning. CET4 and CET6 are standardized tests for teaching. In the examination content and form, four, six exams to increase translation. Faced with this new teaching requirement and the requirement of translating at the four levels of examinations, non-professional college English teachers in order to better carry out the reform of college English teaching, meet the new teaching requirements to adapt to today’s society
