目的查明昆山市某宾馆中毒事件发生经过及原因,杜绝类似事件的发生,保障消费者身体健康。方法现场监测,卫生学调查和流行病学调查分析。结果共有10名中毒患者,中毒症状符合CO中毒表现,经治疗所有病例在入院2 h后恢复正常。经客房空气监测,CO浓度超标。调查发现锅炉排气与消防排气管道设计不当,两者并行,中间仅有一层砖砌隔墙,且隔墙出现裂隙。结论该事件为酒店锅炉排气管道与消防管道中间隔墙出现裂隙,使得锅炉废气进入消防管道,CO通过消防吸风口泄漏进入客房所致。
Objective To identify the occurrence of poisoning incidents in a hotel in Kunshan and to prevent the occurrence of similar incidents to ensure the health of consumers. Methods of field monitoring, hygiene investigation and epidemiological investigation and analysis. Results A total of 10 poisoning patients, poisoning symptoms consistent with the performance of CO poisoning, after treatment of all cases returned to normal after 2 h admission. After room air monitoring, CO concentration exceeded. The survey found that the boiler exhaust and fire exhaust pipe design is improper, both parallel, there is only one layer of brick wall in the middle, and the wall cracks. Conclusion The incident caused a crack in the middle wall between the exhaust pipe of the hotel boiler and the fire protection pipe, which led to the boiler exhaust gas entering the fire-fighting pipe. CO leaked into the room through the fire suction outlet.
