目的:建立GC法测定丁细牙痛胶囊中丁香酚含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为FFAP毛细管色谱柱(30 m×0.53 mm,1.0μm),FID为检测器,选用正己烷作提取溶剂。结果:丁香酚进样量在线性范围为0.058～0.941μg范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.999 1),平均加样回收率为97.8%(RSD=1.1%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便、可靠、准确,可用于该制剂的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of eugenol in Dingtiao Toutong Capsules by GC. Methods: The column was FFAP capillary column (30 m × 0.53 mm, 1.0 μm). FID was used as the detector, n-hexane was chosen as solvent. Results: The elution volume of eugenol was linear with the peak area in the linear range of 0.058-0.941 μg (r = 0.999 1). The average recoveries of eugenol were 97.8% (RSD = 1.1%, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, reliable and accurate and can be used for the quality control of the preparation.
