1 临床资料1.1 一般资料9例中男7例、女2例。年龄6个月～7岁,均急性发病,以失明为首发症状者2例。余继发于其他症状之后。1.2 诊断条件双目视力全部丧失,眼无固视目标,给以强光或恐吓刺激均无瞬目反射,映光及辐辏运动时瞳孔有反射性收缩,眼球运动无障碍。眼底检查视乳头外观正常,无视神经萎缩。1.3 伴随症状及体征9例中仅2例以失明为首发症状,其余7例均继发于其他症状之后,7例中有6例曾出现过高热,持续2～5天3例、6～10天2例、11～30天1例,7例均发生过惊厥,每日1～10次,4例为全身强直——阵挛抽搐,3例
