测定了不同温度、棉花不同生育期及棉株不同部位上棉蚜的体型大小 ,结果表明 ,在 2 0~ 32℃下随温度的升高 ,棉蚜个体变小 ,且高温胁迫促使棉蚜往下部老叶转移 ;棉花顶芽下 1~ 2叶片上蚜体显著大于其它叶位 ;1999年江苏南京在棉花苗、蕾和铃期 ,棉蚜体型大小无显著差异 ,但到吐絮期后则显著变小。温度与棉蚜累积产仔量间的二次函数模拟结果表明 ,棉花不同生育期 ,棉蚜的最大累积产仔量和最适产仔温度存在差异。不同温度下棉蚜日最大产仔量表现为苗、铃期小于花、蕾期 ;但高于 2 8℃后差异缩小 ,并且高温使棉蚜的死亡高峰日提前。
The body size of cotton aphid at different growth stages and different parts of cotton was measured. The results showed that with the increase of temperature, individuals of cotton aphid became smaller at the temperature of 20 ~ 32 ℃, Lower leaves in the upper part of the cotton aphid were significantly larger than those in the other leaves.
