当归不同炮制品可清除次黄嘌呤-黄嘌呤氧化酶系统产生的O·-2和Fenton反应生成的·OH,并能抑制FRGS诱导的小鼠肝匀浆上清液脂质过氧化作用。各炮制品ED50之间有一定显著性差异。
Different processed products of Angelica sinensis can eliminate O.2 produced by hypoxanthine-xanthine oxidase system and .OH generated by Fenton reaction, and can inhibit the lipid peroxidation of FRGS-induced mouse liver homogenate supernatant. There is a significant difference between the ED50s of all the processed products.
