热轧油能提高钢板表面质量和降低轧制力,从而节省能源并提高了产品的附加值。国内各大钢厂的相关技术人员都在探索和研制热轧油技术,在不久的将来,国内自己的热轧油技术将会广泛被应用到热轧厂中。主要讨论热轧油的金属压力加工专业问题,并对今后研究方向提出自己的看法。
Hot-rolled oil can improve the surface quality and reduce the rolling force of steel, thus saving energy and increasing the added value of the product. Relevant technicians from major domestic steel mills are exploring and developing hot-rolling oil technologies. In the near future, the domestic hot-rolling oil technologies will be widely applied to hot-rolling mills. It mainly discusses the professional problems of metal pressure processing of hot rolling oil and puts forward my own views on the research direction in the future.
