电视行业作为一个较为特殊的行业,在生产方式、工艺流程、产品形态等方面和其他行业存在明显不同。这些区别决定了适用于企业的各种定编方法不一定能照搬到电视台人事管理中。因此必须在前人研究总结的基础上,结合电视行业生产特性,探索出有针对性的定编方式。中央电视台定岗定编工作改革组经过艰难的探索,总结出一些定编的方法,希望能对电视台的人事管理改革工作提供有益的借鉴。
As a relatively special industry, the television industry is obviously different from other industries in terms of production methods, technological processes and product forms. These differences determine the various editorial methods applicable to enterprises may not be able to copy to the television station personnel management. Therefore, we must explore the conclusion of the previous studies, combined with the production characteristics of the television industry to explore the targeted manner. After a difficult exploration, the CCTV reforming and deciding work teams for posts and commissions have concluded some methods for determining the editorial work, hoping to provide useful reference to the personnel management reform work of the television stations.
