随着农村中小学布局调整的逐渐推进,调整中凸显的问题日益成为人们关注的重点,很多学者通过对布局结构、学校建设以及师资等方面的问题展开了较为深入的研究,并提出了许多可行的策略和建议来解决布局调整中出现的问题。笔者则从布局调整后教师角色的定位这一角度进行思考,探究在农村中小学布局调整后教师通过实现角色的转变来适应布局调整的发展趋势,同时克服学校布局调整后所面临的困惑。
With the gradual progress of the adjustment of the layout of primary and middle schools in rural areas, the problems highlighted in the adjustment are increasingly becoming the focus of attention. Many scholars have carried out more in-depth studies on the issues of the layout structure, school construction and teachers, and put forward many feasible Strategies and suggestions to solve the problems in the layout adjustment. The author thinks from the perspective of the positioning of the teachers’ role after the layout adjustment, and probes into the development tendency of the teachers to adapt to the layout adjustment through the change of the role of the primary and secondary schools in rural areas. At the same time, it overcomes the confusion after the school layout adjustment.
