目的:对ICU患者家属健康需求情况进行调查,提出针对性建议,提高健康教育质量。方法:自行设计调查问卷,随机选取2013年3月~2015年3月在浙江省舟山市中医骨伤联合医院ICU收治的患者家属为研究对象,共80名。在同一指导语下要求患者家属自行完成问卷,内容包括患者家属所希望获得的健康教育内容、健康教育的形式及健康相关信息。结果:住院前期患者家属更希望获得的信息包括护理技术、患者的病情程度和注意事项等。患者住院期间更希望获得的健康教育内容包括疾病的治疗方法、并发症预防、医疗费用和护理方案等。患者家属普遍希望通过宣传手册、与医护人员面谈的形式接受健康教育,其次为广播、海报、宣传栏及咨询热线等。结论:根据患者家属的实际健康教育需求,采取适宜的方式开展高效、科学、针对性较强的健康教育,能够有效提高患者家属对疾病的认识程度,很大程度上增强其心理承受力。
Objective: To investigate the health needs of the families of ICU patients and put forward some suggestions to improve the quality of health education. Methods: The questionnaire was designed by ourselves. Totally 80 patients were selected randomly from March 2013 to March 2015 in the ICU of Zhuxi Hospital of Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province. Under the same guidance, the families of patients are required to complete their own questionnaires, which include the content of health education desired by their relatives, the forms of health education and health-related information. Results: Pre-hospitalized patients more willing to obtain the information of family members, including nursing techniques, the patient’s condition and precautions. The more desirable health education during hospitalization includes the treatment of diseases, prevention of complications, medical expenses and nursing programs. Family members generally expect to receive health education in the form of leaflets, interviews with health care workers, followed by radio, posters, billboards and hotline counseling. Conclusion: According to the actual health education needs of family members, adopting suitable ways to carry out efficient, scientific and targeted health education can effectively increase the level of family members’ awareness of the disease and greatly enhance their psychological endurance.
