1 病历简介患者 ,男 ,6 5岁。腰疼加重伴双下肢无力 ,不能行走 1个月 ,由外院转入 ,患者于 2年前因腰腿疼痛 ,曾手术治疗 ,诊断腰椎 3“骨髓炎”。查体患者一般情况差 ,不能站立行走 ,全身浅淋巴腺不肿大 ,肝脾未触及 ,双下肢感觉减退 ,肌力 0 -1级 ,病理反射未引出。化验检查
