目的 :探讨肝细胞生长因子受体 (c-met)蛋白在前列腺增生 (BPH)和前列腺癌 (PC)中表达及其与细胞增殖和血管形成之间的关系。方法 :应用免疫组化SP方法检测 18例正常前列腺 (NP)、6 2例BPH和 33例PC组织中c -met蛋白的表达及其PCNA指数和微血管密度 (MVD)。结果 :PC组织中c -met表达显著高于BPH和NP上皮细胞中表达 ,后两者之间比较也有显著性差异。但两者间质组织中表达无显著差异。BPH上皮细胞和PC组织中c-met表达与PCNA指数正相关 ,但与MVD之间均无显著相关性。c -met表达与肿瘤病理分化分期之间密切相关。结论 :c -met可能通过促进细胞增殖增加的途径而在前列腺上皮细胞增生和癌变的发生发展过程中起重要作用 ,并且可作为肿瘤生物学行为标记物
Objective: To investigate the expression of hepatocyte growth factor receptor (c-met) protein in benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) and prostate cancer (PC) and its relationship with cell proliferation and angiogenesis. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of c-met protein, PCNA index and microvessel density (MVD) in 18 cases of normal prostate (NP), 62 cases of BPH and 33 cases of PC tissues. Results: The expression of c-met in PC tissues was significantly higher than that in BPH and NP epithelial cells. There was also a significant difference between the two. However, there was no significant difference in the expression of the two mesenchymal tissues. There was a positive correlation between c-met expression and PCNA index in BPH epithelial cells and PC tissues, but no significant correlation with MVD. The expression of c -met is closely related to the stage of tumor pathological differentiation. It is concluded that c -met may play an important role in the process of prostatic epithelial cell proliferation and carcinogenesis by promoting the proliferation of cells and may be used as biomarker of tumor biology
