应用分光光度法对不同产地老头草中的多糖含量进行了测定,经苯酚—硫酸显色,于490nm处测定,其多糖含量为4.57%~8.39%。
Spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of polysaccharides in LaoDaogra of different origins. The phenol-sulfuric acid was used to determine the polysaccharide content at the wavelength of 490nm. The polysaccharide content was from 4.57% to 8.39%.
