目的探讨血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅡb/Ⅲa、CD62p的变化与慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者纤维蛋白原(FG)、D-二聚体(DD)的关系。方法用三色全血流式细胞术测定50例慢性肺心病急性加重期患者及50例缓解期患者外周血中血小板膜糖蛋白GPⅡb/Ⅲa、CD62p的表达水平,并检测患者FG、DD水平,与40例健康对照者比较。结果慢性肺心病急性加重期组GPⅡb/Ⅲa、CD62p、FG、DD均明显高于缓解期组及健康对照组(均P<0.001)。慢性肺心病急性加重期组GPⅡb/Ⅲa、CD62p与FG、DD均呈正相关。结论慢性肺心病急性加重期患者血小板明显活化,其活化程度与高凝状态关系密切。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the changes of platelet glycoprotein GPⅡb / Ⅲa and CD62p and fibrinogen (FG) and D-dimer (DD) in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale. Methods The expression of GPⅡb / Ⅲa and CD62p in peripheral blood of 50 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic cor pulmonale and 50 patients with remission were measured by the three-color whole blood flow cytometry. The levels of FG, DD, Compared with 40 healthy controls. Results The GPⅡb / Ⅲa, CD62p, FG and DD in acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease were significantly higher than those in remission and healthy controls (all P <0.001). There was a positive correlation between GPⅡb / Ⅲa, CD62p and FG, DD in acute exacerbation of chronic pulmonary heart disease. Conclusion Platelet activation is significantly activated in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute exacerbation. The degree of activation is closely related to hypercoagulability.
