赤峰市水利规划设计研究院成立于1954年。主要承担水利工程勘察、水利工程设计、水文水资源调查与评价、水资源论证。职能职责:1)负责辖区内河流湖泊相关的水利发展规划;2)承担水资源调查评价和保护利用、水土保持、防洪抗旱、人畜饮水、灌溉、节水改造等全市规划的编制工作;3)负责参与制订赤峰市农业综合开发水利规划工作;4)承担中型以下(含中型)水利电工程规划设计、项目建议书、可行性研究报告等报告的编制及技术审查工作;5)承担赤峰市水
Chifeng Water Resources Planning and Design Institute was established in 1954. Mainly undertake water conservancy project investigation, water conservancy project design, hydrology and water resources survey and evaluation, water resources demonstration. Responsibilities: 1) Responsible for the planning of water conservancy projects related to rivers and lakes in the area; 2) To undertake the preparation of city planning such as water resources assessment, protection and utilization, soil and water conservation, flood control and drought relief, drinking water for human and livestock, irrigation and water saving; 3) Responsible for participating in the formulation of comprehensive agricultural development in Chifeng City, water conservancy planning; 4) undertake medium-sized and below (including medium-sized) water conservancy and power engineering planning and design, project proposals, feasibility studies and other reports preparation and technical review work;
