观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)对有芽胞厌氧菌(破伤风杆菌)、无芽胞厌氧菌(脆弱类杆菌、痤疮丙酸杆菌)和真菌(白色念珠菌)等的抗菌作用。将上述细菌分别接种在含MEBO的琼脂培养基上传代培养,观察MEBO对细菌的作用。实验结果MEBO使细菌的形态结构、培养特性等方面发生变异,并明显地影响细菌的生长繁殖速度和侵袭力。结果表明MEBO具有较强的广谱抗菌作用。
To observe the antibacterial effect of MEBO on the anaerobic bacteria (Clostridium tetani), non-spore-forming anaerobic bacteria (Bacteroides fragilis, Propionibacterium acnes) and fungi (Candida albicans) and so on. The above bacteria were inoculated on the agar medium containing MEBO subculture, the effect of MEBO on bacteria. The results of MEBO bacteria morphology and structure, culture characteristics and other aspects of variation, and significantly affect the growth and reproduction of bacteria and invasiveness. The results show that MEBO has a strong broad-spectrum antibacterial effect.
