目的:对泰州地区中药材甘草、黄芪、金银花、番泻叶、菊花、紫苏梗、西洋参中的有机氯农药的残留量进行研究。方法:样品以丙酮超声提取,选用ECD检测器在HP-5毛细管柱上用程序升温技术分离,用气相色谱对样品中9个有机氯农药残留进行测定。结果:9种有机氯农药在1~250μg.L-1范围内线性关系良好(r>0.996),检出限为0.04~0.22μg.L-1,添加回收率均在84.5%~107.8%。结论:该方法符合农药残留检测标准。
Objective: To study the residues of organochlorine pesticides in licorice, astragalus, honeysuckle, senna, chrysanthemum, perilla frutescens and American ginseng in Taizhou area. Methods: The samples were extracted with acetone and selected by ECD detector on a HP-5 capillary column with temperature-programmed technique. The determination of nine organochlorine pesticide residues in the samples was performed by gas chromatography. Results: The linear range of 9 organochlorine pesticides (r> 0.996) was in the range of 1 ~ 250μg.L-1 with the detection limit of 0.04 ~ 0.22μg.L-1. The recoveries of the four organochlorine pesticides ranged from 84.5% to 107.8%. Conclusion: The method meets the pesticide residue testing standards.
