用离体的大鼠腹部皮肤研究盐酸普萘洛尔的经皮渗透过程,并分离出角质层进行吸附实验。结果表明,盐酸普萘洛尔在角质层内的吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,通过全皮的渗透系数和时滞随浓度提高而减小,而通过剥离角质层的活性皮肤渗透系数和时滞不受浓度影响。根据吸附扩散理论,提出了药物在角质层内渗透系数与浓度的关系式,讨论了浓度与时滞的关系。
The transdermal permeation of propranolol hydrochloride was studied with isolated rat abdominal skin and the stratum corneum was isolated for adsorption experiments.
