农村电子商务发展即将成为新的热点,面对日益饱和的一、二线城市,农村电子商务似乎成为各大电商新的“战场”。目前农村电子商务正处于初期发展阶段,有巨大的发展潜力。但是,由于农村网民的特点以及基础设施的制约,商务应用在农村的发展明显落后于城市,农村网商也面临活跃程度低、总体规模小、粗加工商品多、同质化竞争严重等问题,因此建立和完善农村电子商务需要经过不断地尝试改进,需要得到社会多方面的支持。工商和市场监管部门及时了解农村电子商务发展现状及问题,是准确定位农村电子商务监管方式和重点,更好履行网络市场监管职责的重要条件。本期智库专栏将分享江苏省农村电子商务发展情况调研报告,期望为读者进一步了解农村电商发展实际情况提供借鉴,引发思考。
The development of rural e-commerce is about to become a new hot spot. In the first and second tier cities that are increasingly saturated, rural e-commerce seems to be the new “battlefield” of major e-commerce providers. At present, rural e-commerce is in an early stage of development with great potential for development. However, due to the characteristics of rural netizens and infrastructure constraints, the development of business applications in rural areas lags far behind that of cities. Rural network operators also face problems such as low activity, small overall size, large amount of rough products, and serious homogenization competition. Therefore, establishing and perfecting rural e-commerce needs to be continuously tried to improve and needs to be supported by various sectors of society. It is an important condition for the business administrations and market regulators to keep abreast of the status quo and problems in the development of rural e-commerce and to accurately locate the regulatory approaches and priorities for rural e-commerce and to better perform their duties of supervising the online market. This issue think tank column will share a survey report on the development of rural e-commerce in Jiangsu Province. It is hoped that this book can provide reference for readers to further understand the actual situation of rural e-commerce development and trigger their thinking.
