目的 :为提高小切口超声乳化后囊膜破裂后植入折叠式人工晶体的成功率。方法 :本文观察和比较了 2 96眼小切口手术中 6眼后囊膜破裂后的三种不同处理方法。结果 :采用粘弹剂屏蔽加干性玻璃体切割的三例 ,全部在囊袋内植入了折叠式人工晶体 ,而非同轴玻璃体切割和玻璃体剪除加Simcoe针吸法只能扩大切口作PMMA硬性晶体睫状沟和前房型人工晶体植入。结论 :粘弹剂屏蔽加干性玻璃体切割的方法有可能在操作中不明显扩大后囊膜破口 ,保持了折叠式人工晶体囊袋内植入的机会 ,是一种比较安全和有效的方法
Objective: To improve the success rate of foldable intraocular lens after capsulorhexis rupture after small incision phacoemulsification. METHODS: Three different treatments for posterior capsular rupture in 6 eyes of 2 96 small incisions were observed and compared. RESULTS: Three cases with viscoelastic shield plus dry vitrectomy were all implanted with folded intraocular lens, while non-coaxial vitrectomy and vitrectomy with Simcoe needle aspiration only extended the incision for PMMA stiffness Crystal ciliary sulcus and anterior chamber intraocular lens implantation. Conclusion: The method of viscoelastic shield plus dry vitrectomy may not obviously enlarge the posterior capsular break in operation, and it is a safe and effective method to maintain the opportunity of implantation in the foldable intraocular lens.
