本文系统地探讨了经济学意义上的技术进步与经济增长的各种伴随关系,对技术进步、经济增长的“贡献率”及测算方法进行了推广,拓宽了M.Solow余值法的使用范围,解决了技术进步与经济增长非同时存在情况下,技术对经济所起作用的定量测算问题。把经济增长、技术进步与效益指标、装备水平结合起来统筹考虑,将技术进步归纳成6大类并对湖北省改革开放以来13大工业行业的技术进步水平进行了纵向与横向的比较分析.对诸工业行业进行了分阶段的和总体的技术进步水平测算,同时指出了诸行业的“贡献”类型、“贡献”程度和其技术进步的类型与努力方向,同时也分析了诸工业行业治理整顿3年间技术进步所受到的影响。本文的结论对宏观决策者和管理者提供了有价值的参考。本文所用的方法适用于任何与之相似的经济系统.
This article systematically discusses the various concomitant relations between technological progress and economic growth in the sense of economics. It has promoted the “contribution rate” and the calculation method of technological advancement, economic growth, and expanded M. The scope of use of the Solow residual value method solves the problem of the quantitative measurement of the role of technology in the economy under the circumstances where technological progress and economic growth do not coincide. Combining economic growth, technological progress and efficiency indicators, and equipment levels together, the technical progress was summarized into 6 categories and the horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of the technological progress of the 13 major industrial sectors since the reform and opening up of Hubei Province was carried out. The phased and overall levels of technological progress were measured for various industrial sectors. The types of contributions, the degree of contribution, and the types and directions of their technological advancement were pointed out at the same time. At the same time, the industrial governance of various industries was also analyzed. The impact of technological progress on the rectification of the three years. The conclusions of this paper provide valuable reference for macro decision makers and managers. The method used in this paper is applicable to any similar economic system.
