多霉净对多种霉菌及细菌具有良好的抗菌活性,与进口防霉剂N-54-D及SN-215相比,对主要霉菌毒力作用的顺序是,多霉净>N-54-D>SN-215;对主要细菌的毒力顺序是,多霉净>SN-215>N-54-D。涂料贮存实验与离体毒力测定结果一致。经定期活菌数分离、浊度比较及粘度测定,证明多霉净具有优良的防腐作用,效果明显超过进口防腐剂SN-215。采用铝板法及培养皿法进行漆膜接种试验,多霉净效果超过N-54-D。多霉净对乳胶漆粘度、耐热性、耐碱性及其它各项检验指标均无明显影响。
