顽固性偏头痛:张×,男,64岁。1979年9月20日就诊。患者头痛五年余,遇劳则发,近年来加重,多方求治,效果不显。此次头痛又发作四天,头痛如针刺,且眩晕,痛时喜按,目不敢睁,气短乏力,面黄肌瘦,纳少便溏,小便黄,胸脘痞满,舌淡红,苔黄而腻,脉细弱。此属脾胃虚弱,兼挟湿热。治拟补气升阳,清热利湿。以补中益气汤加味:生黄芪20克,党参15克,白术12克,炙甘草9克,当归12克,升麻9克,陈皮9克,柴胡9克,川芎12克,滑石15克,车前子9克。服药三剂,头痛霍然而愈,腻苔化薄,为巩固疗效,原方川芎改为6克,
