某驱逐舰部队安全文化调查与分析

目的纳入海军驱逐舰部队官兵群体,验证历史文献中的安全文化维度,为后续研究验证相关量表可行性和建立安全文化模型提供支撑。方法参考历史文献选取6个维度共38个条目,预调查和预分析后筛选出5个维度的28个条目编为正式量表;于海军某舰队整群抽取驱逐舰官兵群体为调查对象,发放问卷421份,回收有效问卷396份(94.06%),对数据进行统计分析。结果有效问卷应答者中有17.42%(69/396)经历过安全事故,其中30.43%(21/69)曾为此受伤;探索性因子分析结果验证了所选取的安全文化构念中的5个维度:安全工作满意度、管理层的重视程度、大环境给予的支持、安全工作优先度、完成工作的压力,累积解释方差为67.62%,且各维度一致性检验效果好,Cronbach’sα值皆高于0.8,表明量表具有较高的信度。维度得分显示,管理层的重视程度不足,且安全工作优先度较低。结论驱逐舰部队的安全文化水平提升的空间很大;管理层的重视不足在一定程度上阻碍了安全教育,且安全工作没有得到应有的重视;量表的适用性良好,但沟通维度缺失,提示对东方民族及其子群体需设计更具针对性的维度。 Objective To incorporate the officers and soldiers of the Navy Destroyer Corps and verify the safety and cultural dimensions in the historical documents so as to provide support for the follow-up study to verify the feasibility of relevant scales and establish a safety and cultural model. Methods A total of 38 items in 6 dimensions were selected with reference to the historical documents. Pre-investigation and pre-analysis were conducted to select 28 items with 5 dimensions as the formal scales. In the naval fleet, the destroyer officers and soldiers groups were selected as the survey subjects, 421 copies, valid questionnaires were recovered 396 (94.06%), the data for statistical analysis. Results Of the respondents who responded, 17.42% (69/396) of the respondents had experienced security incidents, of which 30.43% (21/69) had been injured. The results of exploratory factor analysis validated 5 of the selected safety culture constructs Dimension: Satisfaction of safety work, emphasis of management, support given by big environment, priority of safety work and pressure of completing work, cumulative explained variance is 67.62%, and consistency of all dimensions is good. Cronbach’s alpha value Higher than 0.8, indicating that the scale has a high reliability. Dimension scores show that management is not paying enough attention and safety is a low priority. Conclusion There is great room for improvement of the safety and cultural level of the destroyer units. Management insufficient attention to safety education to some extent, and safety work has not been given due attention; scale applicability is good, but the communication dimension is missing, suggesting It is necessary to design a more targeted dimension for the oriental peoples and their sub-groups.
