目的为了研究脉冲噪声对机体的生物效应,我们研制了高强度可调脉冲噪声发生器,它由脉冲控制器、固态继电器、电磁阀和气流扬声器等几部分组成。方法利用该装置进行了脉冲噪声不同宽度对豚鼠听觉系统损伤程度影响的研究。结果高强度可调脉冲噪声发生器具有体积小、使用方便、几个参数可调等优点。结论试验显示,动物的听力损失随着脉冲宽度的增加而加重,组间差异显著。耳蜗毛细胞的缺失范围和缺失率也随脉冲宽度的增加而增大。建议在制订脉冲噪声卫生标准时应考虑长脉宽(如100ms以上)的不同宽度的作用。
Objective In order to study the biological effects of impulsive noise on the body, we have developed a high-intensity adjustable impulsive noise generator, which consists of pulse controller, solid state relays, solenoid valves and airflow speakers and other components. Methods The device was used to study the effects of different impulse noise widths on auditory system damage in guinea pigs. Results high intensity adjustable pulse noise generator with small size, easy to use, the advantages of several parameters adjustable. Conclusion Experiments show that the hearing loss of animals aggravates with the increase of pulse width, and the difference between groups is significant. Cochlear hair cell loss and deletion rate also increased with increasing pulse width. Proposed in the development of impulse noise health standards should be considered long pulse width (such as more than 100ms) of the role of different widths.
