陈玮、陈永进在2009年第1期《国家行政学院学报》上发表文章《法治视野下的服务型政府与宗教事务管理》。文章认为,政府依法管理宗教事务是宗教信仰自由的保障。
An article published in Journal of the State Administration Institute of China: “Service - oriented Government and Religious Affairs Management from the Perspective of the Rule of Law”. The article holds that the government’s management of religious affairs according to law is the guarantee of the freedom of religious belief.
