最早组织工业生产蒸压粉煤灰砖的是西德。在一家电厂区建成了一座日产九万砖的大型粉煤灰砖厂。该厂每一昼夜能处理掉160吨粉煤灰。粉煤灰的化学成份是,SiO_2:35～45％;Al_2O_3:20～30％;Fe_2O_3·FeO:5～15％;CaO:1.5～3％;MgO:0.5～2％;SO_3:0.5～1.5％;未完全燃烧物10～15％。该厂用90％粉煤灰和10％石灰配制成砖。砖的容重为1200公斤/米~3时,其抗压强度60～100公斤/厘
The earliest industrial production of autoclaved fly ash bricks was in West Germany. In a power plant area, a large fly ash brick factory with a daily production capacity of 90,000 bricks was built. The factory can dispose of 160 tons of fly ash every day and night. The chemical composition of fly ash is: SiO_2: 35-45%; Al_2O_3: 20-30%; Fe_2O_3·FeO: 5-15%; CaO: 1.5-3%; MgO: 0.5-2%; SO3: 0.5-1.5 %; incomplete combustion 10 to 15%. The factory uses 90% fly ash and 10% lime to make bricks. When the bulk density of the brick is 1200 kg/m~3, the compressive strength is 60 to 100 kg/PCT.
