加快企业高技能人才队伍建设,除需要科学的培养模式外,还需一套较为完整的评价体系与之相适应。本文以高技能人才的职业能力为切入点,研究高技能人才评价指标体系的构建原则及评价指标体系的构成,探析指标体系的变现方式及评价结论的形成,对企业人才的选择和国家正在进行的职业资格证书制度改革,具有一定的参考价值。
