溢流式染色机由投布、加药、升温染色、降温固色和漂洗等多道工序组成,每种染色工艺分别配有不同的温度控制曲线(程式)。多种染色程式预先下载到PLC中,由上位机根据需要进行程式选择。本文提出一种通过分析闭环系统的阶跃负载扰动作用下输出波形的特征值,采用模糊算法对PID调节器参数进行自整定,最终实现不同程式的自动跟随。现场实验表明该系统运行的可靠性和高效性。
Overflow dyeing machine by the cloth, dosing, heating dyeing, cooling fixing and rinsing and other processes, each dyeing process with a different temperature control curve (program). A variety of dyeing programs pre-downloaded to the PLC, by the host computer according to the need for program selection. In this paper, a method is proposed to analyze the characteristic value of the output waveform under the disturbance of the step load of the closed-loop system. The fuzzy algorithm is used to self-tune the parameters of the PID regulator. Finally, different programs are automatically followed. Field experiments show the reliability and high efficiency of the system.
