目前关于强化管管外池沸腾的研究还很不成熟,为了更好的理解、指导强化管的设计和在蒸发器等换热设备中的应用,本文主要基于Webb、Pals等的研究提出了R22水平强化管管外池沸腾的换热模型,通过模拟计算,得到了传热系数与热流密度、蒸发压力的相关关系。另外以Webb、Pals公式为基准,结合实验数据提出了新的换热关联式,分析表明该换热关联式的误差在13%以内。
At present, the researches on how to strengthen the pool boiling outside the tube are still immature. In order to better understand and guide the design of the tube and the application in the heat transfer equipment such as evaporators, this paper proposes the R22 level based on the research of Webb and Pals, Intensify the heat transfer model of pool boiling outside the tube. The relationship between heat transfer coefficient and heat flux and evaporation pressure is obtained by simulation. In addition, based on the Webb and Pals formulas, a new heat exchange correlation formula is proposed based on the experimental data. The analysis shows that the error of the heat exchange correlation formula is within 13%.
