介绍了攀钢130t RH真空脱氢工艺试验,并进行了有关真空脱氢的热动力学分析,完善了真空脱氢的处理模式与工艺模型。生产结果表明,在现有工艺条件下,可保证真空处理后钢中w(H)在2×10-6以下。
The 130t RH vacuum dehydrogenation technology experiment of Panzhihua Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd. was introduced. The thermokinetic analysis of vacuum dehydrogenation was also carried out. The treatment mode and process model of vacuum dehydrogenation were improved. Production results show that the existing process conditions, to ensure that after vacuum treatment of steel w (H) 2 × 10-6 or less.
