目的优选意大利牛舌草总黄酮的提取工艺。方法以总黄酮提取率、芦丁提取率及出膏率为考察指标,采用两种多指标综合评分法及L9(34)重复正交试验设计,优选意大利牛舌草回流提取法的工艺条件。结果用于测定提取物中总黄酮含量与芦丁含量的测定方法均符合方法学要求。意大利牛舌草总黄酮回流提取法优选工艺条件为:料液比1∶20;提取温度100℃;乙醇体积分数75%;提取2次,每次2 h。结论验证试验表明优选出的提取工艺简便、合理、可行,为后续研究奠定了基础。
Objective To optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids from the tongue flax of Italy. Methods The total flavonoid extraction rate, extraction rate of rutin and the rate of ointment were used as indexes. Two kinds of multi-index comprehensive score method and L9 (34) repeated orthogonal experiment design were used to optimize the process conditions of the Italian Curcuma longissima. Results The method used to determine the total flavonoid content in the extract and the rutin content met the methodological requirements. The optimum extraction conditions of total flavonoids from the tongue of Flammulina velutipes were as follows: the ratio of solid to liquid was 1:20; the extraction temperature was 100 ℃; the volume fraction of ethanol was 75%; and the extraction was performed twice for 2 h each. Conclusion Validation tests show that the extraction process is simple, reasonable and feasible, which lays the foundation for further research.
