在市场经济中,企业要求得生存与发展,企业宣传工作的两个“轮子”就必须快速地转起来.面对这种形势,迫切要求企业宣传工作者解放思想,更新观念,突破以往传统上的认识误区紧紧围绕企业生产经营、充分发挥企业宣传工作两个“轮子”的作用,为促进企业社会主义精神文明和物质文明的建设作出积极的贡献.为此,笔者认为,企业宣传工作者在实际工作中应该做到以下几点:1、树立“两个‘轮子’转”的强烈意识.在采用多种方法,做好职工群众思想宣传教育工作,使“对内”这个“轮子”转起来的同时,还要充分发挥宣传部门自身的有利条件,在市场上积极宣传本企业及产品的情况,不断塑造起本企业及产品的良好形象,以巩固老用户,结交新用户,使“对外”这个“轮子”也转起来.“两个‘轮子’转”,这是企业宣传工作与经济工作相结合的最好体
