建立了一种反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)同时测定混剂中联苯菊酯和吡虫啉含量的方法。采用Eclipse XDB C18不锈钢柱,以甲醇和水为流动相,使用梯度洗脱程序,在225 nm波长下,同时分离测定60%联苯.吡虫啉水分散粒剂中的联苯菊酯和吡虫啉。结果表明,联苯菊酯和吡虫啉的线性相关系数分别为0.9994和1.0000;标准偏差分别为0.024和0.089;变异系数分别为0.39%和0.16%;平均回收率分别为99.6%和99.8%。
A method for the simultaneous determination of bifenthrin and imidacloprid in mixed media by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) was established. Using Eclipse XDB C18 stainless steel column with methanol and water as the mobile phase, gradient elution program at the wavelength of 225 nm, simultaneous determination of 60% biphenyl imidacloprid dispersible granules in the bifenthrin and imidacloprid. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of bifenthrin and imidacloprid were 0.9994 and 1.0000, respectively; the standard deviations were 0.024 and 0.089, the coefficients of variation were 0.39% and 0.16% respectively; the average recoveries were 99.6% and 99.8% respectively.
