正确的班级自主管理对教师的管理工作和学生的长远发展都有着深远的教育意义。针对高中班级自主管理中存在的问题进行分析和研究,并提出有效的改进策略。力求通过努力,找到促进高中班级自主管理效果不断提升的可靠途径,希望为相关人士提供部分可借鉴的理论依据。
Correct class self-management has far-reaching educational significance to the management of teachers and the long-term development of students. In view of the problems existing in the self-management of high school students, this paper analyzes and studies the problems and puts forward the effective improvement strategies. Through hard work, we should find a reliable way to promote the continuous improvement of the self-management of senior high school students and hope to provide some relevant theoretical basis for the relevant parties to learn from.
