我国南方稻区稻褐飞虱危害严重。目前推广的杂交水稻及常规良种对稻褐飞虱的抗性参差不齐。1978—1981年我们对有代表性的诸品种,分高抗、中抗、不抗三种类型进行抗稻褐飞虱成份的探索性分析,结果发现抗性品种植株中游离氨基酸总量低,其中天冬酰胺最低,可溶性糖亦低,而γ-氨基丁酸和组胺的含量则较高;不抗品种则刚好相反。γ-氨基丁酸是抗生性的重要成份,系由植株谷氨酸脱羧酶催化生成。在目前推广的杂交水稻组合中抗性强弱主要受恢复系的影响。上述诸项可作为抗性指标扩大范围加以验证.
Rice planthopper in southern China is seriously endangered. The current promotion of hybrid rice and conventional varieties of brown rice louse resistance is uneven. In 1978-1981, we conducted exploratory analysis on the components of resistance to BPH in three representative cultivars, high resistance, medium resistance and non-resistance. The results showed that the total amount of free amino acids in resistant plants was low, The lowest asparagine, soluble sugar is also low, while the γ-aminobutyric acid and histamine content is higher; non-resistant varieties is the opposite. γ-Aminobutyric acid is an important component of antibiotic, which is catalyzed by plant glutamate decarboxylase. The strength of resistance in the current hybrid rice combination is mainly affected by the restorer line. The above items can be used as a proof of resistance to expand the scope of validation.
