对汽车覆盖件模具数控加工的质量分析表明,曲面造型和刀具运动轨迹的生成,是数控编程加工中的两大关键性技术。刀具运动轨迹的合理与否,不仅影响到被加工零件的质量,而且也关系到刀具的使用寿命及机床的使用安全性。本文论述了与汽车覆盖件模具数控加工刀具运动轨迹有关的一些概念及加工工艺参数的选择,并讨论了典型曲面刀具运动轨迹的生成方法及编辑方法。
The quality analysis of CNC die for automobile cover mold shows that the two key technologies in CNC programming are surface modeling and tool path generation. Whether the trajectory of the tool is reasonable or not will not only affect the quality of the machined parts, but also the service life of the tool and the safety of the machine tool. In this paper, some concepts related to the movement trajectory of NC machining tool for automotive panel mold and the selection of processing parameters are discussed. The generation method and editing method of the trajectory of the typical curved surface tool are also discussed.
