对水芹(Oenanthe decumbens)花器官结构进行解剖学研究。研究结果表明,水芹花萼和花冠都呈片状,仅花萼内部细胞中含有大量叶绿体,而花冠中没有;花柱为实心型,内部没有特殊的引导组织,在花柱中有两个分泌道结构;花药结构与普通植物类似,花药壁由四层细胞组成,分别为表皮、药室内壁、中层和绒毡层;药室中的花粉发育正常,开花时可进行传粉;胚珠中的胚囊发育正常,可分化出卵器细胞核中央细胞的极核。以上结果表明,水芹花器官发育正常,具有进行有性生殖的基础。
An anatomical study of floral organ structures of Oenanthe decumbens.
