杉木种子超干燥和超低温贮藏研究 I.种子质量贮藏效果

采用热恒温干燥法,研究不同脱水干燥温度对杉木种子质量的影响,通过超干燥处理后的种子贮藏1年、超低温保存、防冻剂预处理超低温保存不同含水量的杉木种子,分析其发芽率和种子活力,研究杉木种子贮藏后的质量变化.结果表明:50℃是杉木种子脱水的适宜温度,种子发芽率和活力指数最高;3%~5%的含水量是杉木种子超干燥保存的最适含水量,贮藏1年与常规低温贮藏效果没有显著差异.超低温保存表明,9%含水量的种子贮藏效果要比超干燥处理后贮藏好,可用于杉木种子的中长期保存.防冻剂超低温保存受防冻剂种类和浓度影响显著,尤其是二甲亚砜的浓度,冷冻方式和解冻方式的影响作用则被防冻剂削弱. The effects of different dehydration drying temperatures on the seed quality of Chinese fir were studied by hot isothermal drying method. The seeds after ultra-drying were stored for 1 year, preserved in cryogenic temperature and cryoprotectant, cryopreserved the seeds with different water contents, Seed vigor, the quality of Chinese fir seed storage was studied.The results showed that 50 ℃ was the optimum temperature for seed dewatering, and the seed germination rate and vigor index were the highest.3% ~ 5% The results showed that there was no significant difference in water content between 1-year storage and conventional low-temperature storage.Ultra-low temperature storage showed that the storage effect of 9% moisture content was better than that after super-drying and could be used for long-term preservation of Chinese fir seed. Antifreeze species and concentration of significant impact, especially dimethyl sulfoxide concentration, freezing method and the impact of thawing mode is weakened by antifreeze.
