以高炉渣为原料,利用离心成纤工艺直接制备矿渣纤维。在相同的成纤温度下,检测高炉渣不同酸度系数的晶体含量及其矿渣纤维的直径、渣球含量以及含水率等性能,构建了酸度系数与晶体含量以及矿渣纤维性能的关系,总结了矿渣纤维质量优劣的影响因素。结果表明:晶体的种类主要为钙镁黄长石和钙铝黄长石,随着酸度系数增加,晶体含量逐渐减少,纤维物化性能也发生相应变化。其中,酸度系数抑制渣球含量的生成,晶体对纤维直径和含水率整体上呈现促进作用。综合分析,当酸度系数位于1.3附近时,能够确保熔渣成纤质量较优。
Using blast furnace slag as raw material, slag fiber is directly prepared by centrifugal fiber-forming process. Under the same fiberizing temperature, the crystal content of different acidity coefficients of blast furnace slag, the diameter of slag fibers, the content of slag balls and the moisture content were measured. The relationship between acidity and crystal content and slag fiber properties was established. Influencing factors of fiber quality. The results show that the main types of crystals are calcite, feldspar and calcareous yellow feldspar. With the increase of acidity coefficient, the crystal content decreases and the physicochemical properties of the fibers also change accordingly. Among them, the acidity coefficient inhibits the formation of slag content, crystal fiber diameter and moisture content as a whole to promote. Comprehensive analysis, when the acidity coefficient is located in the vicinity of 1.3, to ensure that the slag fiber quality better.
